Michihiro Matsuo, the architect of the highlighted work Quarter by Michihiro Matsuo explicates, The appearance of four boxes are different and they have been arranged irregularly. Large and small spaces are connected in many directions inside the building . At first glance, it looks like a simple design but lots of life is diversified due to the continuity of various spaces. It is a closed building due to the fact that, the window is not visible from outside, but windows and walls are well arranged, and the functions of the windows such as day-lighting, wind blowing and viewing look wonderful. .
